NB: when delivering to service centre
In some cases, it will be necessary for the machine to be examined by one of our technicians. You are responsible for sending/delivering your machine to our service centre and for all costs. It is also your responsibility to package your machine properly to avoid transport damage along the way. Please note that we only replace defective parts.
Delivery to the service centre requires the agreement of a Wood's Denmark customer service centre.
There must be an agreement on delivery via the support system before the machine can be sent to our service centre. The machine must be clearly labelled with your case reference number and preferably be accompanied by a printout of your case details.
